General Contractor Services
Our General Contracting services start with thoughtful site and plan review. Unique among general contractors, Impact appreciates the work that our clients have put into their home and its design before we get involved. As a GC, our job from the get-go is to provide thoughtful feedback, comprehensive scoping, and highly accurate pricing. Once awarded a job, our focus shifts to efficient execution. This includes pre-construction planning, schedule development, and ultimately execution. We recognize that your partners are our partners! Architects, inspectors, vendors, and even concerned neighbors and your broader community- our job is to build your project as efficiently and sensitively as possible and as part of your expert team.
