With 30 years of experience in the construction industry as a tradesman, cost estimator, consultant, and business owner, Justin continues to enjoy the daily challenges and rewards of construction business ownership. Since founding Impact Construction in 2007, Justin has navigated Impact’s growth and evolution into one of the most experienced firms in the DC Metro area. Since 2013, Impact has been a steady presence in Remodeling Magazine’s “550 List”, ranking consistently in the top 50 firms in the nation. In 2018, Justin was honored to receive Remodeling Magazine’s Big 50 Award for innovation and leadership. His professional goal and aspiration is to continue to shepherd Impact through the evolving local remodeling world by focusing on providing value to Impact’s clients and providing professional growth opportunities to its employees.

Justin serves on the executive board for the DC Students Construction Trades Foundation in support of the Ward 7 Idea School in support of applied and vocational learning. Justin is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the US Green Building Council’s National Capital Region Chapter. Justin holds membership with the DC Metro Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), and the International Code Council (ICC). Justin also holds a Masters degree in Environmental Policy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Published work includes ‘Developing a Global Emissions Trading Scheme.’ When not thinking about construction, Justin enjoys time rock climbing with his wife and two daughters.

Robert Bozzo

Vice President of Operations

Robert has over 20 years of ground-up construction industry experience, including 16 years as Impact's Vice President of Operations. In this role, Robert has overseen the successful execution of over $150M in complex urban construction and renovation projects, making Impact a true leader in the local and regional renovation industry. His unique knowledge and experience makes him a vital asset to our clients and stakeholders.

As Impact's VP of Operations, Robert oversees a team of 6 full-time project managers, 15 internal carpentry staff, and key subcontractors and suppliers. Robert assists our teams by providing steady leadership, communication, project management support, and logistical expertise.

Robert holds an A.S. degree in Construction Management, an OSHA 30 certification and a Construction Quality Management Certification from the Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

Halil Atilgan

Sales Manager

Halil joined Impact in 2015, and has amassed over 10 years of experience as Impact's lead cost estimator and sales manager. With a focus on thoughtful scope development and competitive cost estimating, Halil anchors all of Impact's bids with diligence comprehensiveness, which ensures trust and accuracy from the scoping and pricing phase through project completion.

Prior to joining Impact, Halil served as an officer in the Turkish army.
