Robert Bozzo

Vice President of Operations

Robert has over 13 years of construction industry experience starting from mechanic’s helper to Project Manager. This rise from entry level in to management has given him an extremely strong understanding of all aspects of the construction process.

He has worked for companies as small as mom and pop plumbing and HVAC companies, where he honed his skills as a tradesman with hands on construction experience to large firms that specialized in building multimillion dollar custom homes where he worked as a manager with focus on quality assurance, customer relations and efficient scheduling. Looking to partner with a growing company that had a clear, honest, and environmentally friendly mission, Robert joined Impact in 2009. In this time Impact has grown threefold and continues to set the bar high for construction quality and customer satisfaction in the Washington DC metro area. Robert holds an A.S. degree in Construction Management, an OSHA 30 certification and a Construction Quality Management Certification from the Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
