Designed by Erik Hoffland, Architect, the basis of design for this AU Park addition was a modern renovation that resulted in the doubling of original footprint. The new space houses the kitchen, primary suite with vaulted ceilings, and basement in-law suite, all of which connect to the rear yard and deck with pronounced fenestration. The south-facing orientation of the back yard allow for winter sunlight and views toward downtown DC
