Substantial whole-house renovation and dig-out of a historic Capitol Hill row house.
The project involved underpinning the existing basement so as to create additional family space, and a guest bedroom and bathroom. The renovated first floor featured a full-height window and door unit at the rear, a renovated kitchen with modern design elements, and a foyer and living room rebuilt to historic standards.
