Featured in Domino.com, this project involved a full gut and renovation of a historic Dupont Circle Row House. Oriented around a fully custom-designed spiral staircase that stretches from the basement ADU to the third floor walk-out, the home invites guests to enjoy creatively employed light filled spaces. Custom design details included historically accurate archways, plaster mouldings and medallions, herringbone white oak flooring, and custom wood and steel cabinetry.
