This project featured an extensive addition as well as a reimagining of the entire existing home. The expansion oriented the home towards the rear garden and open space, with a new kitchen and family room opening to a large elevated outdoor deck. An in-law suite and media room anchors the lower level, along with a two-car garage. The second floor was expanded to include a new primary suite and re-designed bedrooms and bathrooms. The exterior construction consisted of a combination of Hardie and Boral Tru Exterior siding and trim elements. Custom corbels and Ipe decking highlight design-forward craftsmanship
