Our clients purchased a home in AU Park with the intent on performing an extensive remodel. Impact was brought in early to assist the client with evaluating the home, and to work with Saltbox Architecture to design and build a three-level rear addition, and whole-house remodel. The home features an integrated kitchen and family room, lower level rec room, and master suite. In total, we added about 1200 SF. The addition was sensitive to the Arts and Crafts aesthetic- both outside and inside. Designed by Impact Construction in collaboration with Saltbox Architecture
