Designed by Fowlkes Studio, this project involved the 'popping up' the existing home to create a second floor as well as re-designing the existing front foyer, first floor, and basement. The scale of the home was carefully considered and features standing seam metal roofing around the introduction of front and rear dormers to allow for greater light into the second floor and central living spaces. The scale of the project allowed for the focus to remain carefully considered design and highest quality craftsmanship
