This project involved the removal and re-build of the rear portion of the first floor so as to allow for a new kitchen, dining room, family room, and outdoor living space. The design included a new vaulted family room to allow for southern sunlight to reach deeper into the home. The rear house was further expanded to allow for an enlarged dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook. A new pergola, patio, and outdoor kitchen created outdoor living space that transitions interior and exterior space. Designed by Tim Clites Architects, Aiden Design, and Sally Steponkus Interiors.
