Designed by Steve Lawlor Architects, this renovation involved a reimagination of the existing home, as well as a basement ADU. The renovation focused on retaining the structure's historic sensibilities, including matching custom trim, repairing and refinishing the historic floors, and restoring the original library. All windows were replaced with preservationist-approved aluminum clad windows. The kitchen, dining room, primary suite, and bathrooms were fully re-designed and renovated to allow for Capitol Hill hosting and entertaining.
